How often do you release/drop new prints?
New prints are added every month. Everything is limited stock, so if you see something you like, act fast! Once it’s sold out, it may or may not restock. New prints are usually added on Friday’s. 

Do you restock often?
Some restocks do happen about once a month, I usually announce it on our social media accounts. Monday’s are the ideal restock day.

What is the TAT (turn around time)? 
LOOK AT THE BANNER ON TOP OF WEBSITE OR CHECKBOX AT CHECKOUT. Our TAT is typically 28 business days, BUT I prefer to knock orders out before the TAT, it all depends on how busy with orders we are. Weekends and holidays don’t count.

Do you offer Sezzle?

Yes! We offer sezzle. Sezzle is a 4 interest-free payment method. The payments are over 6 weeks with no impact on your credit. The sezzle option is avaliable on orders $50 or larger.

Can I buy just a bow only? 
We have some bows in a bow section only that we are slowly creating.

Do you accept returns/exchanges/or refunds? 
We begin working on your beautiful outfit or other items after your order has been placed. Due to the handmade nature of our products and being made to order, no cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns will be accepted. No exceptions. Please order accordingly. Double check the TAT & your shipping address before placing your order. There is also sizing charts in the listings photos to help you choose the correct size. Thank you for understanding!
